EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Before returning any products purchased at AB Baxer’s web store please contact fredrik.fagerstrom@baxer.se.  

You may request to exchange or return your purchased products within 14 days from the delivery of your package. All returned products must be returned in perfect condition, which means the products should not have been worn, used or washed. The product’s original packaging have to be fully intact and all original labels must still be attached to each product otherwise the return will not be accepted. The original invoice must also be returned in the package. AB Baxer will not compensate for for returned packages lost in the return shipping. All costs incurred with the return shipping are customers responsibility, if you wish to exchange the products no additional shipping costs will be charged for the second package, please note that you have to contact AB Baxer before. Returned orders will only be refunded if all demands are met. The refund will be made as soon as possible after AB Baxer receives the returned products, 5 business days at the latest. The refund will only be made through the payment method used when ordering. AB Baxer do not accept returns or exchanges of products which may not be changed due to hygienic or health reasons e.g. underwear or perfumes.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS DURING SALES

The policies explained above apply to promotional offers but not to sales. When AB Baxer offers sales on previous seasons collection exchanges or returns will not be accepted. Products purchased during sales are not refundable but can be exchanged to toher products or you will receive a store credit.
